What is the refund and exchange policy
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed there will be no amendments. Please make sure you select the correct lengths and type.
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase so we take extra care in delivering exceptional service during processing
No refunds. Exchange only T&C apply
Exchange requests must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item.
please note the client is responsible for all return fees.
Bundle/Laces- must not be worn and must be in their original packing and original state.
Wigs- because these items are cutsom made , sale is final
no refund , no exchange, just adjustments if needed.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes - Due to hygiene reasons and safety standards some items are final.
Each wig order is custom-prepared specifically for you, which means we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been processed.
Limited Warranty for Manufacturer Error
If you receive a wig with a verified manufacturing defect (e.g incorrect cap size, length, or colour different from your order), we offer repairs or replacements. To qualify:
• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Provide clear, unaltered photos/videos before the wig is worn, cut, styled, or altered.
This does not cover colour variations, minor shedding, or buyer’s remorse.
Regular Products – 14-Day Returns
Non-wig items (e.g., hair care products) can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Defective or Incorrect Items
• If we sent the wrong item or there is a verified manufacturing defect, we will provide an exchange or replacement.
• Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue. Warranty for Manufacturer Errors
If you are purchasing any of our liquid products, please carry out a patch test before use.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days
Custom wigs and colour may take 7-14 business days.
During peak sale periods, processing times may be extended due to high order volume.
We appreciate your patience.
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

🇬🇧UK orders - Standard shipping 5-10 business days
🌏Worldwide shipping USA/Europe - 7-21 business days
Please note during customs , weather ,courier delays and public holidays orders may be slightly delayed.
We are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes applied to your shipment upon delivery.
Customers must ensure that all personal and delivery details are entered accurately at checkout.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes to delivery information.
If an order is shipped to an incorrect address due to incorrect details being provided, or if an exchange is granted, the customer will be responsible for any re-delivery charges.
Can I make a priority order ?

What should I do if my appointment is soon?

Please read through our “Can I Make a Priority Order?” section and contact us via email before placing your order for confirmation and instructions.
We always advise contacting us first if you would like to book in for an appointment and want us to provide hair.
We are not responsible for delays caused by late orders or failure to select priority processing when an appointment date is approaching.
